Beautiful Bible Verse:
The sheep that are my own hear my voice and listen to me; I know them and they follow me.
John 10:27 Amplified
To hear means to sense or perceive a sound.
To listen means to give one’s attention to a sound.
The Lord Jesus says, the sheep that are my own hear my voice. This means that you can perceive or sense the voice of The Lord Jesus.
But listening to the voice of The Lord Jesus requires you giving full attention to the voice of The Lord Jesus that you are perceiving or sensing.
Why do you listen when you are conversing with someone or hear something?
You listen to be informed and you listen to act or respond accordingly,
You listen to understand, you listen because you don’t want to miss out of the details.
As a sheep you listen to follow The Shepherd.
It is time to begin to practice listening.
I think faith and understanding comes by listening to the voice of The Lord Jesus
I think that which you have been praying for, comes by listening to The Voice of The Lord Jesus.
DECLARE THIS MANY TIMES TODAY:
The Lord Jesus is my Lord, Saviour, King and my shepherd.
I hear His Voice, I listen and I follow.
